Hi Friends! This is Carmen! This is my last post as a team member for Artistcellar and I’m so appreciative to Lisa for the incredible opportunity she has given me. I’ve been part of a team that had some very talented ladies and I learned from each one of them!
I started this journal page in my altered book journal that already had some left over paint on it from another project.
I started adding layers of acrylic paint and modeling paste using Balzer Designs Aboriginal, The Crafters Workshop Chicken Wire, and Cursive Alphabet.
I also added some more color with DecoArt Media Line’s Misters in White and Yellow to drip down the page, I love that look!
The flower was created with my favorite Fudeball Pen and some Ranger’s Stickles Glitter Glue.
One of my hashtags that I use in my social media is #createeveryday . It’s something I really try to do, get in my studio and create something in my journal. It doesn’t always happen, but I try.
I love how the colors and designs came together on a page that already had paint on it and I really didn’t know in what direction it would go. But, that’s art, you simply sit down and create.
Thanks so much for visiting friends and I encourage you to continue visiting Artistcellar for Signature Designer releases, art journaling supplies and creative inspiration.
Blessings,
